Processing & Shipping Times

• Shipping transit: 5–7 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Issues

Stone and Skye is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on requesting a replacement.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
