All sales made through Stone and Skye are final. Due to the nature of artwork and print products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer preference.
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item and size at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Proof of purchase and photo documentation of the damage or defect are required

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different products, sizes, or images. Replacements are limited strictly to the same original item in cases of verified damage or defect.
Returns
Returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized by Stone and Skye. If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original packaging and condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging. Instructions will be provided via email.
