I'm a single woman, in her 40's, learning to live life again, after spending more than half my life partnered, in an unhealthy relationship.

Six months ago, I declared this year "my year." A year of growth, change, and action. As the New Year of 2018 begins, I am looking toward the future as a continuation of change.

This is year I am determined to get into the habit of blogging regularly. I have made more progress and change in the past six months than I have made in the past two years. Most of you know I have spoken about writing a book. I've set unrealistic goals and lost my focus but this year I am determined to make progress toward reaching that goal.
